4.Increased DD Channel capacity

5. We decide to bring back skill Resist Intension like before. Resist Knockback and Resist Down are with their default values 10% and the skill is available to be used everywhere, not only in Nation War.

6. Legacy Guardians Defense & HP are increased for Nation War [170 ~ 190]:
- Legacy Guardian L - Defense: from 3000 to 3500 & HP Regen: from 28202 to 38202
- Legacy Guardian M - Defense: from 2786 to 3286 & HP Regen: from 15469 to 25469
- Legacy Guardian S - Defense: from 2409 to 2909 & HP Regen: from 12734 to 22734
