Mshield made wrong update of the anti-cheat and now we expect fast solution about this. To half hour the problem should be solved and you will be able to start the game normally.
PS: The problem is solved. You can manual download this file mtp.dll and replace it in the game folder: http://www.cabalbg.com/mtp.dll
Or usual should be downloaded and replaced by our launcher automatically.
