ID Blocked - was inactive

I havent played for a long time since I'm busy with my MBA and when I redownload the game, I received an ID blocked notification. Was I block due to inactiveness? Can it be unblocked? What should I do next? Thank you!

It was blocked for macro. Now i will unblock it, but if u try to play again with macro, probably you wont be able to play anymore in our server.
