Pumpkin event is only in Channel 1 (EVENT)!
Cabal Lantern's are spawned in :
Bloody Ice - X:147, Y:25
Desert Scream - X:149, Y:223
Green Despair - X:199, Y:187
You must collect "Halloween Tickets" and to exchange them in our Yul NPC (Green Despair) for great items. You can collet Halloween Tickets when you kills Cabal Lantern's monsters.
