    - How long you played in MN Cabal? Registered 1year ago .
    - Average how many hours you can spend online in a day/week? I can spen arround 10hours a day / 70hours a week . As ( GA ) i would push my self 12hours a day .

    - Please give us an example of how you would deal with an angry customer, who is being agressive to other players? Well first have to take a look deeper of situation ( why he angry and toxic to other players ) . From that point i can warm him with a word to be polite , since (GA) is game advisor . If something goes wrong and it continues , just reporting and passing this job to higher ranked staff who deals with this stuff everyday .

    - What is the most important for a Game Advisor, in your opinion? What is their role? To help players get to know the game better and rules of the server . I would shout the rules of server,since not everyone is joined discord or is to lazy to know that and after they dont know reason of BAN . So my final answer is - Looking after community in game .
    GA should also be an open minded person and is ready to take ideas from others not descriminate the ideas. If players have ideas for the game, GA should always be positive for it and try to.

      - How long you played in MN Cabal? So, I played this game when it was first released 2013/14 and I quit due to work commitments and other personal issues. However, I started playing this game again on September 2022 and ever since I've been playing it lots, donated quiet a bit to help out the admin and the game.

      - Average how many hours you can spend online in a day/week? So I actually play this game 24/7, my computer stays online at all times whilst at the same time receiving free CC and T-points, This game is very unique in comparison to other server because the admin are very responsive and thoughtful. The first thing I do when I wake up is to check cabal and friends who are online and hunt dungeons and the last thing I do before going to bed is play this game. I also spend a lot of time going to mission war to collect WEXP and being competitive.

      Additional information:

      - Please give us an example of how you would deal with an angry customer, who is being agressive to other players? The best thing to do when someone is angry is to calm them down and ask questions of why are angry so that as (GA) we can help them fix the solution

      - What is the most important for a Game Advisor, in your opinion? What is their role? Game Advisor plays a crucial role in this game, they help new players who aren't familiar with this game and as well as help existing players who have been playing this game for a while. Game Advisor are cooperative and understanding players who can see and fix issues that are relevant.

        -First of all know the reason why hes enraged, look for the other party ,do a prty and have private conversation to sttle the concern

        -To Be there when needed. to know how to address technical issues, and not be biased.

        -To be a guide to all who needs game inquiry, to remind players about the rules, to set an example/ role model :D, to provide assistance to gm while away give good advice for future updates/balances,

          - An average of 7-8 hours a day, a minimum of 5 hours and 5-6 days a week

          1. I'll tell him to stay calm.
          2. I try to figure out what the problem is.
          3. I help find a solution.
          4. If I can't find any solution to the problem. I forward the issue to the gm team.

          Being Ga for me starts from being a good listener.
          My goal is to listen to people and help them in every matter. For newcomers to follow the correct steps.
          Other problems include listening to them carefully and approaching them objectively.
          Finally, GA has to be objective. It should definitely not take sides.

            I can spend around 10hours a day.

            Firstly, it's important to take some time to observe the situation and understand what kind of behavior the angry customer is displaying. Then, I can follow the steps below to calm the situation:
            1. Remind them of the game rules: I can remind the angry customer that their aggressive behavior towards other players is against the game rules and therefore unacceptable.
            2. Listen: It's important to try to understand why the angry customer is upset and to listen to their feelings. This shows respect to the customer and can help me determine why they're angry.
            3. Solve the problem: I can offer the angry customer options to solve the problem, such as suggesting a solution or helping them report the situation.
            4. Remain professional and calm: No matter how aggressive the angry customer may be, it's important for me to remain professional and calm. Responding to the customer with anger or aggression can make the situation worse.
            5. Inform GM if necessary: If the angry customer's behavior is negatively affecting the game experience, I can inform the GM to help solve the problem.
            In summary, dealing with an angry customer requires effective communication, patience, and professionalism, especially as an MMORPG game moderator.

Overall, the role of a Game Advisor is to support players and ensure that they have an enjoyable and positive experience while playing the game.

              5 years in cabal MN.
              But I played Cabal since 2011

              Like me I have a permanent job in UAE so I cant use all of my time playing.
              but if I have a vacant time or free time at work so then I can play.

              6 to 8 hours if not busy

              To tell honestly if he is being aggressive to the other players,
              I will observe silently until there is foul words or he is being racist to the other players.
              But first approach them politely and try to ask for the root of the problem, then try to solve it within ourselves.
              when they disobeyed the Server Rules, i will remind them about the rules they broke as a warning.
              if they don't listen, do the necessary if needed as per the admin rules.

              From the word itself "Advisor". they must advice or guide all the players not only new players in game.
              But the most important thing is being fair at all time.

              Don't do unto others what you don't want done unto you.

                I can spend around 7-8hours a day

                2/we remind the nervous one of the rules of the game.
                3/Help us find the problem.
                4/If the problem has no solution, report to the GM team.

                3/If a customer is nervous, try to calm him down

                  1. Listen It's important to try to understand why the angry customer is upset and to listen to their feelings.
                  2. Remind them of the server rules is very important all player respect the rules.
                  3. Try to calm down the irritated player, as there is no point in creating confusion.
                  4. Inform the administrator of what happened so that the matter can be resolved or clarified.

                  For me, a good GA starts with knowing how to help and listen to other players.
                  Being that he is also responsible for maintaining the server on the rules.
                  GA is also important to motivate new players to stay on the server so that the server can grow.

                    I guess as start the best is to understand what's going on. Since we are a small group of player i will do my best to listen to them and try to resolve the most peacefully possible.
                    If i can't do anything with my word i will remind them the rules of our server. At the end if nothing matter for them i will report it to the admin.

                    The most important for a Game Advisor is to help any player with all our knowlegde that we masteries after all the time we spent here.

                      Getting to know with what purpose he is going against other players. What is the main reason of his behaviour? I would start a conversation to see if I can help him out. I would see if he still continues to be angry and rude to other people after our conversation. I would offer him to communicate with me or any other GA to solve his problem. For sure remind him of the server rules and show him the Way to contact the Staff via Discord for further Information/Conversations. I would also offer him to speak with the Staff about his issue and we will check to be able to fix the problem at all.

                      A Game Advisor should have patience and empathy to be able to get into contact with the Players and try to give advice and help in all kind of Issues that People may have. He should be able for teamwork as we will need it to keep going into the Future.

                          Game experience: I have played MN Cabal since back in 2013, and was part of the GA staff in 2014-2015

                          Daily/weekly hours: I am able to spend upwards of 6 hours a day and play during the night time hours of this server due to huge time gap.

                          How to deal with an angry customer: I would first attempt to de-escalate the situation then figure out what started the issue, then do anything in my power to comfort and fix the problem, if it's completely out of my control then I would contact a GM

                          Importance of a GA:. I would say the most important part of a GA is to show that you care about what other people say and are willing to help people who have in game issues. As well as helping new players that are lost, because private servers are not always straight forward when you first log in.

                            I'll try to put myself in thier situation, I'll try to analyze first what's the main problem or root of his problem and try to solve it. If we can't handle it within ourselves then that's the time I will seek help from the higher staff :)

                            For me it's understanding how the game works. Not just because you're willing to help someone. And of course being neutral.
