Whether its the angry player or the other player, First you have to calm down. Do not match his/her aggressiveness with your emotions, because it will only create a bigger problem. Then, wait his/her anger has subsided, take the opportunity to apologize and offer a solution. Do not let hurtful words affect your decisions.

- I would tell him/her to calm down and ask where is the problem and why they are being agressive i would do my best to help. I hope i can calm everyone down and if there is problem i as GA cannot solve i would ask higher staff (GM/ADMIN) for advice and maybe let them solve the problem.

- Game Advisor (GA) is someone who represent server and being good Game Advisor and helping answering questions about game, especially to new players will make new players to stay on MN cabal for long time, our role is to help old and new players and make everyone feel welcome to the server.

I’ll observed and once he saw me nearby and still doing his rudeness, thats the time ill talk to him and ask whats the problem, and why he is so agressive? Once he answered Ill talk to another party to explain why the other guy is so angry and let them both cooldown and let them fix it.

First i try to understand what the problem is and concentrate on the problem, then i try to convince her/him that being aggressive cant solve any problem and i approach her/him in a friendly way, i tell her/him about my previous positive and negative experiences, and i reassure her/him that it is always good to be calm and friendly.if he/she continues to act aggressively he/she will be reported to gm / admins

A Game Advisor must first be fair and friendly, a game advisor should always stay calm and help new players, capable of solving problems between players,

good understanding of game mechanics.

I was an administrator in many games, even popular ones, I mostly had problems with angry players, the best thing is to try to calm them down and talk to them in a nice way, maybe a nice conversation will change their behavior, if he continues to behave like that, then give a warning, of course if his behavior and if it continues to be the same, then there will be greater consequences

the name itself says, in my opinion our role is to help the players and answer their questions, because with our experience we should be able to help, but even if in some cases we are not experienced enough to answer the question, we can consult with another colleague

I would try to understand the problem by talking with the players and try to resolve that by myself to make the angry customer calming down and if it is needed i would have to report it to a GM/ADMIN.

The most important for a Game Advisor should be to make people respect the rules set for the game so everyone can enjoy their playtime well.

First of all, it is necessary to try to understand the problem. After understanding the problem, if his anger is towards a player, solve the problem with a party talk; If his anger is at the game, inform the manager about the game... GA is not just a tag, it is a kind of representation of game managers in the game. My goal is to listen to people and help them in every matter. For newcomers to follow the correct steps.

- I would ask him to not be rude or use any form of aggresive language to any player or in shout as its against the server rules, then ask him more about his issue on PM and try to resolve it politely

- Help and guide new players and resolving issues of existing players as well, monitor for friendly atmosphere in-game and especially more on shout as that's where most players decide to display their anger towards a player or the server

- Average how many hours you can spend online in a day/week? Can't say daily due to work, but roughly 10-15hrs/week total.

- Please give us an example of how you would deal with an angry customer, who is being aggressive to other players?
Realistically? There's not much a GA can do in this situation. GA don't really have any power over your everyday players. You can try warning them to simmer down but at the end of the day a GA is just another player there to provide information. The name is "Game Advisor", emphasis on the advisor, not community watch. Most you can really do is tell the person to just block the player being toxic/aggressive so they don't have to see it. Most of the time it's just people seeking attention so if you ignore them, they stop.

Now if it's someone having account issues or wondering why they're banned or whatever, you simply direct them to PM dw via discord or send an email to support.

Main thing is actually having a good knowledge of the game. New players might not have played cabal before so a GA should be able to answer 99.9% of the questions they have regarding the server. With that being said, GA shouldn't have to spoon feed them the information. For example, if they ask about how much wexp you need for hr 16-17. Simply tell them if they click the blue i icon on the right side of the skill bar, it'll open a guide with that sort of information. If they're too lazy to open it and look, that's on them.

- play cabal NA since the game first released. Play MN cabal since it’s first released…quit doing gameplay after marriage…but still once in a while loging in to check up on friends and server. Official return to play last year. Figured I could used some funs after hours at work.

How many hours you play per day/week?
- I play average 2hours per day. Roughly around 16-20hours per week since I could spend more hours on the weekend.

- always stay calm no matter what the situations are…take the conversation to private pm instead of in shouting. Asking him for the whole story and reason of so. Then, explain the cabal rules and how so/ consequences If he’s breaking rules or in most cases asking the customers to calm down while I seek for the solution via Admin or GM if it’s donation related.

What is the most important for a Game Advisor, in your opinion? What is their role?

- the title speaks for itself, as a game advisor, you have to truly dedicate and committed in sharing everything you know and willing to learn what you are not yet know to pass it out to other players for their best interest and sufficient without hiding your knowledge such as what, where, when, how to get strong, where to farm, what items to wear, the quicker way to make alz..etc.

I will let my wife handle them! Let's see if they can get angrier than her. XD

Kidding aside, it is a normal situation to see aggressive players in games like this, a lot will get pissed over nothing or when their egos were trampled. So long as they do not break the rules, they have the freedom to do/say anything. If intervention is needed, getting to know the situation first and talking to the concerned parties is important before giving out advice. Also making sure that everything is accounted for with screenshots and proof to match accusations before I take action. If the solution is out of my control, I will do the necessary endorsement to available Game Masters to address the issue.

Game Advisors are walking/playing game guides, they should be equipped with good knowledge about the game and its rules in order to provide assistance to all players, new and old. They should also be active enough to disseminate new information and remind everyone to follow rules and regulations for better gameplay.
