-Since we are always in the game, people introduce themselves on tg or farm. If I had to give an example, people who use hacks can be identified by the damage they deal, their skill speed, and their dungeon completion time. First of all, I need to have the necessary documents to prove this, such as dungeon completion time, skill speed, range. I must transfer the necessary documents to the Gm team and wait for their decision on the punishment to be given.

- What is the most important for a Game Advisor, in your opinion? What is their role?

-Being Ga for me starts from being a good listener.
-My goal is to listen to people and help them in every matter. For newcomers to follow the correct steps.
-Other problems include listening to them carefully and approaching them objectively.
-Finally, GA has to be objective. It should definitely not take sides.

*1st example, in loud shout and mega shout, and they use their local langauge(as usual xD) I will remind them that we are an international server and we should use English on loud and mega shout so that everybody can understand. If the player refuses many times after they got their 1st / 2nd / final warning, that's the time that I will report it to higher staff.

*2nd example, if someone using racist words / or being racist, I will give the player a Final warning, Because where ever you came from, 1st world country or 2nd or 3rd, it dosen't matter because all players are welcome to play into this server. if player still using racist language or being racist, I will report it directly to higher staffs.

*3rd example, If someone try to do RMT, Hacking, or Promoting other server in this server, I will directly report it to Admin / GML, so that they can't destroy the game that I love to play to.

For me it's understanding how the game works. Not just because you're willing to help someone. And of course being neutral. And Being Game Advisor you should be informative, Helpful, Active, and mos importantly, being Friendly to other players, especially to newbies

Absoloutely Yes, Because I love to help players / newbies who wants to play in the server, I already feel being a newbie and get help by that one player, and I would like to share that experience to other player that wants help, Not only in DG, DD, DQ, Ring drops, but all the help I can give, as long as I can help.

- How would you deal with a player who's not following the rules?>>I will try to figure out why the players is not following the rules, Are they unaware of the rules, or are they intentionally breaking them. understanding their perspective can help approach the situation more effectively. i will explain the rules clearly calmly to the player i make sure they understand what they're doing wrong and how to correct it, Avoid yelling or punishing them, as this can lead to defensiveness and hurt feelings, Praise players who follow the rules and demonstrate good sporsmanship. this encourage others to do the same and crate a positive atmosphere. i will focus on the specific behavior that's causing the issue, rather than attacking the player personnalli. i will use "I' statements to express my concerns, such as "I've noticed you"re not following the rules. CAn you help me Understand me why?". Dealing with a player who's not following the rules requires patience, understanding, and clear comminication. Please give example for a situation of broken rules>>.common example of broken rules of cabal moon night server is not speaking english in shout chat, we all know that we are not allowed to speak because we are international server. and here is my onother example let's say you're playing a card game, and one player is not following suit when it's their turn. you could say, "hey, remember to follow suit when it's your turn. it's an important part of the game." if they continue to break again and provide a gentle reminder..

In-Game Rules
12. We are an international server, we prefer to understand and respect eachother by speaking English in shout chat and megaphone.
This is a very common problem in your server i/we dont expect them to follow right away as a GA you should have lots of patience reminding them over and over again but if the situation get a liitle bit worst or ignoring the reminders then i/we apply some diciplinary measure...

in a normal situation we see aggressive players in shout/mega, a lot will get pissed over nothing or when their egos were trampled. So long as they do not break the rules, they have the freedom to do/say anything. If intervention is needed, getting to know the situation first and talking to the concerned parties is important before giving out advice. Also making sure that everything is accounted for with screenshots and proof to match accusations before I take action. If the solution is out of my control, I will do the necessary endorsement to available Game Masters to address the issue.


- What is the most important for a Game Advisor, in your opinion? What is their role?
Game Advisors are walking/playing game guides, they should be equipped with good knowledge about the game and its rules in order to provide assistance to all players, new and old. They should also be active enough to disseminate new information and remind everyone to follow rules and regulations for better gameplay.

newbie/new player are one of the basic support/foundation of a game..helping them in basic need not helping them all the way.teach them how,answering some why,reminding them the ingame and discord rules and lastly tell them to have fun and enjoy the game....

How would you deal with a player who's not following the rules? Please give example for a situation of broken rules.

-First, if a player is breaking the rules, I would first talk to them and explain why they’re doing it wrong. I think that when physical things happen, it’s to calm them, it’s to let the player know that there’s a mistake that you have to learn from, so that you can improve.

-For instance, if a player is creating an event without permission (which is a Rule 2), I send them a message and let them know that players can’t play at their own events. I would tell him I could only create events because I was Event Masters which would keep everyone on an even playing field.

-I’d thank them for learning if they stop right away. If they continue to break this rule, I would tell them that breaking this rule, and if they continue I will report them. And I think when you’re enforcing what the rules are you need to be fair, you want to be clear and firm.



What is the most important for a Game Advisor, in your opinion? What is their role?

- I will be a Game Advisor whose main role will be helping players, and fixing their problems. I know the game’s mechanics and rules, so I can help with in game bugs, solving gameplay questions or settling players fights.

- Keeping the community positive is another important part of the role. I’d try to build a welcoming environment where players got along and played the rules of the game. If there’s a conflict I step in and can mediate to make things respectful.

- It’s also very important to collect feedback from players. For example, I know that player feedback helps developers improve the game: whether its balancing classes, issues fixes or new features. I would make sure the developers knew the community wants.

- But I also see the role as the chance to share knowledge. It is very important to help new players learn the game and help more advanced tip players. I want to be patient and helpful teacher.

- Finally, in the job, you’re monitoring the game and enforcing the rules. I’m always ready to deal with, whether by issuing warnings or penalties, so the game remains fun and fair for everyone, if players break the rules.

-Sure, even normal times and double drop events, I will be happy to support new or old players. Newbs can have a hard dungeon and questing sometimes, and it's hard for newbs to know the best strategies, or even to be able to take down stronger bosses.

- During these events, I can talk to the players, give them tips on how to do a quest, or kill certain types of dungeon bosses. If I can I also take part in a party and teach them how to play while also detailing the mechanics of the dungeon if need be. Helping the players new and old will make server fun for everyone.

- If I can be available and help with drops, quests, or whatever I’ll try my best to be able to do so.

- If you ask a newbie from the road :) Most will say TheGoliaht helped them. But the best help is the help that is not spoken.

How would you deal with a player who's not following the rules? --> First of all im gonna talk with him if he wanna listen , for me its gonna be around 2 on the third one and the last i gonna take action, usually they continue after first warning which means they dont care , depends on situation and like my mates said mostly of situation is not respecting English Language in Shout/Chat

What is the most important for a Game Advisor, in your opinion? --> In my opinion GA's needs a knowledge about game and rules to apply , to help new player giving an advice to guide them i just keep it simple.

I would remind them the rules and if they still don't listen I'll contact a GM.

Game Advisor role is mostly based on in-game+discord support for newbies. GA are here to make GM/Admin life easier, a tiny support to say the least :3
GA also should give reports/bugs and suggestion ideas since they are in game quite often.

From this year of june its a bit different cuz i take a very big step and change my workplace. I work 4 weeks in netherland as a sailor so i can play not too much in this time. After that i have 4 weeks holiday so in this time i am online very long time (around 8-10 hours per day)

Obviously, different situations apply to individual violations. If you're not using the right language, or speaking badly, I'd tell you to use the right language. But if, for example, he intentionally uses a bug, I would report it to gm

to play, to help, to answer questions, to calm down when two players fight, to watch if something suspicious happens and to report
