Why do you want to become a Game Advisor?

I want to help fellow MNCabal players to have a less problem, enjoyable and focus in game feeling, eliminate hackers/scammers in-game. And also to have more virtual friends and become real-life friends <3

What is the most important in a Game Advisor, in your opinion? What is their role?

The tag says it all, normally GA's is oblige to maintain peace, friendly game environment, and giving solutions to the problems of a certain player. Reporting and updating Game Masters and Admin if there are some players who are not playing fairly(hacking/scamming), or any players violating the rules. Above all, GA's must be always PROFESSIONAL. :)

In my own opinion, the important role of being a Game Advisor is to be the role model to the other players and at the same time, always remind the players to follow the rules and regulations of the game to avoid any penalties to their account. • Personally i have played moon night cabal for about 4-5 year's already. Meanwhile I had many interest and experience over the game and made me stay for this long.

4.1. Please give an example of how you would deal with an angry customer who is being aggressive to other players?

• First and foremost, we have to look into the matter that the player is facing in what kind of issue/\circumstances. Meanwhile, invite both parties to discuss and understanding each other matter's and clarify from there. after that, solve in within the manner and expedite for GM/Admin advice if the issue can't be resolved.

4.2 Why do you want to become a Game Advisor?

• Personally I want to be a Game Advisor, it's because I enjoy playing cabal so much, until in a extend that, I loved to help player's around by giving them the information and guideline with the player's. Actively going to DG's/Hunting and reply their concerns. And by also taking initiative's to make sure to go round and ask if the player's are okay. Of course, we are not allowed to give free item's or Alz as a GA, because that will be illegal to do so. But the motive is to, enable them with better experience in the game when they need it.

4.3 What is the most important in a Game Advisor, in your opinion? What is their role?

• To be Game Advisor, the most important thing that being a Game Advisor is that, to be humble in every manner and situation that you face in the game and with the people as well. Their role is to study and have a roadmap to understand how does the game and people work's in cabal. In a extend, providing and enable with them the best advice to help them when they are in need, and also to provide the best solution/idealistic for them to have a happy emotion towards me and the game. I believe, in a long run, doing some charity for the player's especially for new players, that will be the reputation that we will get around the player's and making them enjoy the game more while being helped.

Ask Gently the Angry customer first what happened , then ask the Other player too , to know each side because sometimes one of them lying . Think how you can help them or ask your Superior's some advice then make a solution from what you've learned about your superior's advice.

I think I have been playing cabal for 6 or 7 years now. 2-3 years on Elite Cabal and 4 years and counting here in Moon Night.

On weekdays I could stay online for 8-10 hours cause I'll stay put my character on BI while doing my studies. On weekends I would only usually play 3-4 hours because I use it as my rest.

I would talk to both the angry customer and the other players that were involved and try to hear both of their sides. And then I would cope up with the situation and settle it calmly.

I'll talk to him calmly what was it all about, if the person he angry with has violated some rules of the game for ex. scammed the person who was angry, i'll see to it that the person will be reported and get ban considering proofs of scamming was provided, and if it was a personal problem of both parties, i'll see to it the the person who was angry doesn't violate also some rules, for example insulting other players, chatting different language in L/M shout, and being racist. Any of them will be punish if they violate any rule.

- Why do you want to become a Game Advisor?
To give advise to newbies how to start playing the game like helping them through answering some of their questions cause I've notice some newbies always asking for help what to do/ how to do" and I am willing to share what I know in this game, and if I will become a Game Advisor it will inspire me to help more players like me.

In my opinion, it is the Privilege. Privilege so players will listen to you. Privilege so players will have a trust in you. Game Advisors should use that privilege in a right way. Their role is to keep the players follow the rules and help other players through giving tips or advises.

2. I try to figure out what the problem is.
3. I help find a solution.
4. If I can't find any solution to the problem. I forward the issue to the gm team.

I will always be with him who is right.
